Satsuki Kiryuin from Kill La Kill

Satsuki Kiryuin is the President of Honnoji Acedemy's Student Council and she wields a katana named Bakuzan. Her living uniform were called Junketsu which turn out to be a powerful double edged sword that will feeds on the wearer if the wearer are too weak to control it. However, Satsuki managed to suppress Junketsu and amplified her battle abilities.

She govern the Honnoji Acedemy and the surrounding land along with her loyal student council members where she gives them Goku Uniform in return for serving her. They are the pillar that supports her governing power and will die for her cause.
